The Echo Park Library will sponsor a free workshop given by Princeton Review called Community Colleges 101.   This is a great opportunity to get answers to your questions about community college and the hiring process after attending college.

The workshop will take place at the Echo Park Library (1410 W. Temple Street) on Saturday, May 12, at 10:00 a.m.

My office is hosting a community briefing on the former LAPD Rampart Station.  The meeting will include representatives from LAPD, Bureau of Engineering, the City Administrative Officer’s office, and more.   This will be a good opportunity to get your questions answered and voice your opinion on the proposed project.

The meeting will be held on Thursday, April 26, from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at The Children’s Institute (2117 W. Temple St) in Historic Filipinotown.
