The Hollywood Farmer’s Kitchen is offering a pressure canning class this Saturday. Learn how to make your own home-canned jams and jellies, just in time for the holidays!
The class is a beginner’s course about the different types of pressure canners, their safety, and how pressure canning can be used to feed your family.
Most home-canned jams, jellies, and pickles are processed in a boiling water bath, and this safer alternative allows you to preserve your main course.
Join the Farmer’s Kitchen this Saturday, November 12, at 9:00 a.m. for a lesson on jams, jellies, and more deliciousness.
The cost of the course is $90 and all participants can take home their jams and jellies as well as receive a 10% discount on all items purchased during the course.
