St. Vincent Medical Center and LAUSD Nursing Services will host a free community fair on Saturday, April 21.
Attendees can receive free medical services such as mammograms, ultrasounds, and glucose and blood pressure screenings.
Stop by the Logan Street School (1711 W. Montana St) from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. to enjoy not only free medical services, but also performances by the Harmony Project Orchestra, LA’s BEST Girls’ Drill Team, and even a Zumba class demonstration!

Congratulations to Helen Bernstein High School’s award-winning FRC Robotics Team 4046!
The team’s robot competed in a basketball game against other robots and had to work to help its allies. Team 4046 beat more than 60 others to take home the Los Angeles FRC Regional Coopertition Award, which is awarded to the team that best demonstrates the ability to help their opponents compete.
Congratulations to the entire team! And thanks to the Hollywood Studio District Neighborhood Council whose generous sponsorship helped make this win possible.
