The mission of the HSDNC is to improve the quality of life for our stakeholders through outreach, education and two-way communication between stakeholders and the City of Los Angeles . The HSDNC will work to identify and prioritize the needs of the stakeholders and work to affect changes to meet those needs. The HSDNC will help educate and organize the community, and increase participation of stakeholders to effect positive change through community outreach events, by promoting and supporting neighborhood preservation, beautification, and safety.
