Clean and Connected Communities is my initiative to beautify and improve neighborhoods and encourage community collaboration. The initiative provides grants of up to $2,500 for projects in Council District 13 that will beautify and engage the neighborhoods where they are located.
I’m pleased to announce the grantees who are receiving funding through my Clean and Connected Communities program.
We will be funding all applicants whose submission materials were complete and projects met the basic requirements. We also limited the number of grants awarded in cases where an applicant or its partners submitted multiple projects. Because all eligible applicants are being awarded (other than the duplicates mentioned above), there will not be a community vote.
You can see a list of the grantees by clicking here.
We look forward to seeing them in our neighborhoods!
