2012 African American Heritage Month Poster Competition

The City of Los Angeles and the African American Heritage Month Committee invites students grades K-12 to participate in the 2012 Poster Competition!
This year’s theme is “Our Inventors – Stepping Back Into the Future” and is open to all students grades K-12 in Los Angeles County.
Students may submit an original piece of artwork inspired by the interpretation of this year’s theme. Submissions are due on Wednesday, February 15, at 6 p.m.
One grand prize will be awarded and 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners will also be selected from each category.
